I can highly recommend this Company. The guys were with us for 16 days and completed a major refurbishment, refit and re-site of all major fittings. From the store team who helped us plan the project, to the fitters who completed the work, I have never worked with such a professional group of people ( if only all operators could be like this). In total around 6 different fitters worked on our bathroom, they never stopped, they we’re always totally courteous, polite and incredibly considerate of the rest of our home, cleaning up after themselves constantly. The level of quality and attention to detail, means that the results are fabulous and totally exceed our expectations. I have added a couple of photos below, the ceiling still needs to be painted but feel sure the results speak for themselves. Many thanks to the team for a brilliant job!!

A fabulous job!

I wanted to do more than just update 2 old bathrooms but to make them a feature for the house. John and the team have done that and made the experience to getting them as simple and as painless as possible.

I echo many of the other comments, from Keith and Kelly at the shop measuring and designing through to all the guys on the ground the service I have received has been exceptional. Throughout I knew what was happening and when. The guys on the ground were friendly, professional, very courteous and tidy. For me well worth the extra money you will pay for lovely products and good service.

From the very outset, Bespoke Bathrooms emanated quality and assurance. I can't imagine why anyone would go elsewhere for a bathroom. The moment we met Keith and Kelly, we knew they were genuinely determined to deliver the highest level of design and craftsmanship. Special thanks to the talented and friendly tradesmen, Steve, Tony and Ian for making, what could have been an intrusive and inconvenient job, into a smoothly executed installation. Our new bathroom is simply outstanding. Thank you so much. We'll be back for a kitchen, hopefully sooner rather than later. Right, I'm off for a bath....

Excellent service from when we stepped foot into the showroom to the completion of our perfect bathroom.

The high standard of work is faultless and the quality of the fixtures and materials excellent. Kelly kept in touch with us and constantly checked we were happy with everything. The fitters are friendly, hardworking and courteous and wore masks observing current guidelines

We would recommend this company to anyone looking for a new bathroom

From conceptual design to installation we found the Bespoke Team to be fantastic. The 3D imaging in the design phase helped us to make the most of our restricted space and offer a us a greater feeling of space as well as advising us of the most up to date and modern equipment that would sit well in our bathroom and budget. The installation Team where fantastic and we are more than satisfied with the overall outcome. I can thoroughly recommend Bespoke to any prospective customers.

What can i say, what a company from the initial meeting with Kelly who designed our bathrooms for us, to the meeting with owner John to the bathroom fitters they have been nothing but outstanding, not to mention the bathrooms they look like they belong in a 5* hotel. if you are looking for a bathroom suite and a company that care and more importantly deliver look no further than Bespoke Bathrooms of Maghull.

From our first phone call until completion the service received was outstanding. We now have a beautiful bathroom that is beyond what we dreamt of.

All staff involved are very professional and extremely friendly. The job was completed within timescales and the workmanship and quality of the goods is excellent. Worth every penny.

Excellent service. Bespoke made a really good effort to track down a discontinued line of furniture which we wanted to buy from Heritage. Victorian Plumbing had let us down at the last minute, but Bespoke put time into obtaining the items we needed.
